1. What kind of warranty do you offer? All products purchased directly from Gordigear are covered by a 12 months warranty, which covers all parts and labour. If your product develops a fault due to normal use we will repair the item with replacement parts as required. For defects that can be fixed by the layman, we may elect at our discretion to just provide the parts. Approval to return an item under warranty must be granted before an item is returned. Claims for labour cost incurred by the claimant for removal, refit or installation will not be entered into. Freight cost for the return of the product or to replace the product is the responsibility of the claimant. This warranty does not cover damage caused by neglect, modification, misuse or wrongful installation of the product. Cosmetical defects and wear and tear are also excluded from warranty. At our discretion we may elect that instead of repairing the product or providing replacement parts, to either replace the original product with one of the same or a similar type or refund the sum equal to the original product purchase price (excluding the cost of postage and handling). We do not accept responsibility for secondary damages relating to the failure of the product or injury to any person(s) or possessions. We will not be liable for commercial loss due to product failure. Although every effort has been made to ensure that supplied information in printed, digital and other form is correct, we must disclaim responsibility for claims based on misinformation. All our shipments are transit insured. Should your delivery arrive in a damaged condition, please do not accept the shipment, advise the courier thereof and get in contact with us immediately. Transit insurance cannot be claimed for accepted deliveries. 3. Do you deliver internationally? We certainly do. A substantial part of our business is done across borders. With the exception of trailers, we deliver all Gordigear products to a global customer base. We have numerous storage hubs around the globe and delivery time may vary depending on where your purchase will be dispatched from and on the delivery method selected. 4. How much do you charge for delivery? Postage and handling costs depend on factors such as delivery method, number and type of products purchased and where the order is to be delivered to. For Australia-wide delivery prices or examples of international shipment charges for some of our most popular items, please select the price list from the menu above. As a rule of thumb, accessories, such as tent skirts or mosquito nets, can be shipped free of charge when sent together with larger items, such as roof tents or awnings. All our quoted delivery prices include transit insurance. 5. How long will it take for international orders to arrive?The answer depends mainly on which means of transportation you choose (air freight, sea freight, courier) and which storage hub we dispatch your order from.
