Piedmont Mountains with Daihatsu Terios|
Hi friends of Gordigear, I'm sending you a few photos of our short journey into the Piedmont Mountains from September 2018. The vehicle is a Daihatsu Terios with differential; it's not a big car but for some mountain roads it is perfect, because it goes around tight corners in one go. We drove the Assietta Road (47.5km long) and the Col de Sommeiller (39.4km long), which is the highest point in the Alps that can be reached by car. Other than that, we travel a lot through Scandinavia to scout locations for the novels I'm writing. If you want, you can go to www.die-legende-von-tag-und-nacht.de, click on Fotos and look at photos taken over the years to get an impression of the rough but wonderful country of trolls and phantasies.
