1. How does the awning retract? Coiling up is achieved by manually rolling the awning up.2. What is so special about the frame of Gordigear Gumtree awnings?What really sets our awnings apart is the design of the frame, which runs along all four sides of the awning, thus making it extremely stable and eliminating the need to use pegs and guy ropes in most conditions. All awning poles are made from aluminium and are safely stored inside the packed up awning. As is the case with all Gordigear products, our awnings can be set up very quickly (less than one minute), thus making it worthwhile to use them for even the shortest of brakes.4. Does the awning fit onto my car?The awning can be fitted to any car or van that has roof bars or roof racks.5. How do I mount the awning to my roof rack/bars?The awning comes with a flexible mounting system that includes two 90 degree brackets and bolts to fit it to most available roof racks. The easiest way is to use it in combination with a Gordigear roof tent. In that case you simply slide the awning into the aluminium rails of the tent and fasten the bolts. Easy as that.6. Where are the poles stored?They are stored inside the travel cover.7. Do I need to use pegs/guy ropes?Guy ropes and pegs are usually not required, only in the most windy of conditions or if the Gumtree Mesh Room or Tent Room is used.8. How long does it take to set the awning up?The awning is ready to provide shade in under one minute.9. What kind of warranty do you offer? Please select warranty from the menu on the left for warranty details.10. What happens if my delivery arrives damaged? All our shipments are transit insured. Should your delivery arrive in a damaged condition, please do not accept the shipment, advise the courier thereof and get in contact with us immediately. Transit insurance cannot be claimed for accepted deliveries. 11. Do you deliver internationally? We certainly do. A substantial part of our business is done across borders and we deliver all Gordigear products to a global customer base. We have numerous storage hubs around the globe and delivery time may vary depending on where your purchase will be dispatched from and on the delivery method selected. 12. How much do you charge for delivery? Postage and handling costs depend on factors such as delivery method, number and type of products purchased and where the order is to be delivered to.
