Our answer is very simple: in everything we do we follow the philosophy of "added value, not more expenses." For every euro we spend, we critically question whether it has a positive impact on the product value or the customer experience. Consequently, we limit our marketing activities to a relatively small number of trade fair appearances; instead, we rely largely on word of mouth advertising from our satisfied customers. An important part of our product innovations and new developments is directly based on customer suggestions.
